1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Contexa Hub API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Contexa Hub provides AI-powered document extraction APIs, including invoice parsing, PDF-to-structured-data conversion, and PDF-to-Excel conversion. The Service is available via RapidAPI and direct API access.

3. No Data Retention

We do not store, retain, or archive any documents, images, or files you submit for processing. Your input data is processed in memory and discarded immediately after the extraction result is returned. We store only job metadata (processing time, status, timestamps) for operational purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process documents you are not authorized to access.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
  • Submit documents containing malware or malicious content.

5. Rate Limits and Quotas

The Service is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Exceeding your quota may result in temporary throttling or suspension. Rate limits are enforced per calendar month.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service uses third-party AI models (Google Gemini) for document processing. Your input data is sent to these providers for extraction and is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. These providers may process data outside your jurisdiction.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

Extraction results are generated by AI models and may contain errors. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying extracted data before relying on it for business, legal, or financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contexa Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
